11月29日 ついにLotROにも無料化が開始されました。
これでプレイ人口が増えれば良いんですがね。
このゲーム、初心者向けに簡単に解説します。
指輪物語というファンタジーの世界を体験できるゲームです。
ロード・オブ・ザ・リングと言えば分かりやすいですかね。
LotROは、小説の方を主にモチーフして作られてます。
と言えば・・・じゃ指輪物語ファンしか楽しめないの?という疑問がありますが、
そんな事はありません。現に私は映画を見ただけですw
つまり、誰でも原作を知らなくても楽しめるゲームになっています。
必要PCスペックは・・・この間、FS（パーティーみたいなもの）の人が、
オンボードのPCで何故かプレイ出来ると言ってました。
それくらい、低スペックでも出来るらしいです。・・本当なのか謎ですがw
まあ、メインCPUがセレロンでは無く、グラフィックボード搭載したPCで、
プレイするのが望ましいですね。
お勧めは メインCPUはCore Duo2でグラフィックボードのメモリが256あれば
そこそこのグラフィックで楽しますが・・・・贅沢を言えば・・・・
GeForce88シリーズ（8800GT以上）のグラフィックボードを搭載した、
デスクトップPCがお勧めです。ＳＬＩ構成なら更にお勧めですがw
まあ、普通に楽しむならＰＣ本体（モニタレス）だと１５万出せば出来ますね。
という、私はノートＰＣですがねw。過去にノートＰＣのスペックを晒しているので、
そちらをご参考にして下さい。
私のノートでの最高設定のグラですが、高性能ＰＣだとこんなものではありません。
これでまだ普通より少し上です。
フルスペックの最高モードは、オープニングムービーがゲーム画面と同じクオリテイですよ。

11月19日 今日は北連のクエスト消化をしました。ソロではなくFSクエストです。
灰色のクエストでmobがリンクしなければソロでも出来ますが、
リンクしたら無理なのでソーシャルで募集する事に。
偶然、KSのメリオさんが手伝ってくれる事になったのですが、
ソーシャル立てていたので、他数名の方が参加し手伝って下さいました。
今日予定してたクエストを終わらせ、その後マッタリとした時間が流れて・・・。

ユーザー主催Nサーバーエテン戦争イベント 「第２回ガチンコエテン戦争」に参加しました。
今回も過疎なNサーバーなのに多くの参加者がおられました。通常のMPは１レイド位なのですが・・・ねw。

今回はLotROに実装されているフィールドの話をします。
実は正式スタートしているにもかかわらず、まだほとんど実装されていません。
中つ国の中でもエリアドール地方しか実装されていません。

今実装されているのが、地名のある地域です。

では、リアルでどれぐらいな広さか?の話をします。
エリアドール内にホビット庄やエレド・ルイン等ありますよね?
ホビット庄の端から端まで東西に徒歩で渡るとします。
リアルで10分からかかります。
エレド・ルインのトーリンの館からブリー村までリアルで歩いて移動した場合、
約20分ほどかかります。
ましてや、中つ国のエリアドール自体、端から端まで徒歩で歩いたとしたら・・・
多分数時間かかると思います。
エリアドールだけでこんなにも広大なフィールドです。
しかし、流石に徒歩だと時間がかかりすぎるので、ホームポイントを設定した場所へ
一気にワープする地図や、馬があります。
馬は、Lv.35から買えるのですが凄く高いので、お金が無い人は馬屋にて馬を借りて
移動が出来るようになってます。
こんなに広大なフィールドがあるMMORPGは余りないとおもいます。
実は先日・・・Blueのレベルが35になり馬が買えるレベルになりました。
しかし・・・しかしなんですよ・・・。馬、高くて今だ買えません。
生産でお金を消費しているせいもあるのでしょうが、まだ買える額まで、
貯まっておりません・・・・・orz
今は、お金貯める為にmob狩りやクエストをやっています。

全世界ではLotROはWoWに続き、人気があるゲームです。
11月15日 今回はゲームの話ではなくてネットツールの話です。
皆さんは「みんどこ」というメッセンジャーソフトと「ファミリーセーフティ」という
ネット閲覧制御ソフトをご存じでしょうか?
まぁ、ファミリーセーフティはLive IDをお持ちの方なら多分知ってると思います。
ファミリーセーフティの説明。
このソフト、Windows Liveシリーズの一つで、ご家族が安全にインターネットを
利用できるように、アクセスできる Web サイトを制限したり、連絡相手を管理するソフトです。
いわば、子供に見せたくないサイトを制御出来るソフトですね。
あとはコンピューター管理者以外のアクセスなども調整出来ます。
みんどこの説明。
みんどこは、Vectorが提供しているゲーマー用のメッセンジャーです。
Vectorと4Gemar.netとの共同企画らしいです。
で・・・この二つのソフト、私のPCでは調子悪くなってしまい、
結局アンインストールからファイルの復元を二つのソフトが入ってない元の状態に戻しました。
というのは、PCの電源を入れてXPが立ち上がる時点でおかしな挙動になるからです。
しかも、Webが見れないし・・・。Webが見れないのはファミリーセーフティにログインしないと
見れない制御をしてあるためだと思いますが、でも調子悪くなったのは事実です。
そういや、前にもっと酷い事がおきました。
ある日、ゲームをやっていたらブルーバックエラー（ブルースクリーン）に度々なる時がありました。
その時は、本当はダメなんですがPCの電源をOFFにして、再びPCを立ち上げるという強引な手法で
回避してました。
なんでだろう?と思いGatewayサポートに問い合わせたところ、どうやらレジストリなどの制御ソフトから
エラーが発生してるみたいだったのです。
SOURCENEXTの製品で驚速シリーズがあります。
実は、驚速パソコン・驚速仮想メモリ・ウイルスセキュリティ・本格翻訳を使っていました。
本格翻訳は、まあ普通の翻訳ソフトなので関係ないですが、「驚速パソコン・驚速仮想メモリ」が、
ブルーバックエラーに関与してる疑いが濃くなってきました。
ではその二つをアンインストールすれば良いだけだなと思いしようとしますが・・・
実はかなりくせ者でして、通常のアンインストールは無理だったのです。
むぅ、これはもうウイルスセキュリティもダメだと思い（ウイルスセキュリィの評判は最悪です。）
で・・・仕方なくGatewayのサポートの人に聞きながらOSのリペア（ＸＰ自体を初期状態）にする事に。
時間かかりますねぇ・・・元の初期状態まで復帰させるの数時間からかかりましたよ。
驚速パソコン・驚速仮想メモリ・ウイルスセキュリティはお勧めしません。
一見、パッケージには良い事しか記載されていませんが、ネットで調べたらSOURCENEXT自体の
評判は最悪に近いものがあります。
サポートはネットとメールのみ。電話やメッセンジャーのサポートは一切おこなっていません。
それからですね、ゲイツセキュリティー（OneCare）を使うようになり
Windows Liveシリーズを使用するようになりました。
ゲイツソフトのサポートは電話でしてくれるので初心者は助かりますよ。
ただし、ファミリーセーフティだけはお勧めしませんw

と言う訳で、エレド・ルインに久しぶりに行ってみたんです。一通りまわってみたんですが、エレド・ルインにルビーのかけらをドロップするサインはいませんでした。サファイアのかけらならドロップするサインがいますが・・・それじゃーねw
たまにはクエストを休んで、放浪の旅もいいですね。
しかし、もうすぐLv.３５になろうかというのにポニー代が貯まりません。どうしよう?w

驚いた事にエレド・ルインで新たなアドベンチャーインスタンス（ダンジョン）が追加されてました。
入り口付近にかなり高レベルなｍｏｂが配置されていたので、試しに隠れて中へ入ってみました。
入ると高レベルｍｏｂばかりで、急いで逃げましたｗ。

11月11日 最低・・・。 
最近特にロスが多く、度々支障をきたす場合がありラグで瀕死になりがちです。
先ほども四回瀕死になりました・・・・。
お金も無いから修理代も無いし、一体どうしろと?
サーバースペックが悪くなったように思えます。
課金者が減る一方運営が厳しいのは分かりますが、サーバーを安定的に保守するのが運営の仕事だと思うのですが。
皆さんはどう思われます?

11月10日 今日、グループSNE主催イベントが行われました。内容は以下の通りです。
キンシップ「ジルと愉快な仲間たち」のメンバーの一人が、闇の勢力にさらわれてしまいました！
連れ去られた先は裂け谷の北……、歴戦の兵もおいそれと足を踏み入れることの適わぬ
エテン高地！！
キンシップのメンバーが助けに向かおうとしていますが、彼らはみなエテン高地へ行くには
経験が不足している者ばかり。
何とか馬屋までたどり着いたものの、彼らだけではその先に進むことができません。
そこで、中つ国から闇の勢力を一掃するべく戦う英雄の皆さまに、「ジルと愉快な仲間たち」と
ともにエテン高地へ赴き、さらわれたキャラクターの救出に手を貸していただきたいのです！
要約すれば、プレイヤー側は人質救出、モンスター側は救出阻止です。

久々の大型パッチの BooK11の導入日が決定されました。
まだ、Book３をクリアしたばかりなのにw

そっか！サービス開始から結構月日は経ってたのでフェローシップメンツの方々はサブキャラの育成をしていたのだとここで気がつきました。

11月5日 最近は北連関連のクエストをやっています。
北連の雰囲気は広大な草原って言うイメージです。
ホビット庄に似た雰囲気もありますが、音楽が寂しげですね。

いやー、避け谷といってもトロルの森の奥で、しかもドレイク（ドラゴン）がうようよいる地域です・・・。
恐ろしいの一言！今のレベルのソロでは絶対に無理です。だってモンスターネームが全て紫色。どうしろと？ｗ
手伝ってもらった人の攻撃しかあたりません。私のキャラはかすりもしないｗ
まぁなんとか大猪の肉はゲットできました。

11月4日 前回は復帰したというお話でしたが、今回はプレイヤー主催イベントのお話です。
相変わらず、Ｎサーバーのプレイ人口は少ないですがイベント等が毎週末辺りで開催されてます。
今回は、人狼・ボイスチャットラジオ・演奏会に参加しました。
（イベント主催者の名前は伏せておきます）
１、人狼ゲーム
この通称「人狼」は推理ゲームの一種で主にチャットでメインで行われます。
詳しくは解説サイト等をご覧に下さい。
参加した感想は、今まで体験した事のないタイプの人狼でした。面白かったです。
毎週？金曜の夜にされるみたいです。次回が楽しみですね。
２、ボイスチャットラジオ
ＬｏｔＲＯではボイスチャットが使用できます。ボイスチャットを利用したラジオ番組です。
聞いた感想は良く出来てましてＭＣの方が非常になれてました。上手いですよ。
土曜の隔週で放送すると言っておられました。次回が非常に楽しみです。
３、演奏会
これは日本語版公式サイトのコミュニティーに日時が載ってました。

聞いた感想は、非常に凄く素晴らしい演奏会をされてました。
曲だけではなく台詞ありでした。
まさに、吟遊詩人って思えます。楽器の演奏も今まで見た中では一番だと思います。
一緒に聞かれた人々は結構多かったです。次回が楽しみです。
以上が、最近のＮサーバープレイヤー主催イベントです。
プレイヤー主催イベントがこんなに多いゲームは私の中ではＬｏｔＲＯ位しか思いつかないです。
公式イベントより面白いかもしれません。

色々悩んだ結果「EVE Online １４-DAY FREE TRIAL」を体験してみる事にしました。
アカウント登録サイトは勿論英語ですが、登録方法などは情報サイト等でやり方がのってます。
登録は、そんなに難しくはありません。
クライアントをダウンロードする時間もそんなにかかりませんでした。ＣＡＴＶなのですが１０分程度です。
海外にサーバーがあるはずなのに・・・めっさ速いです。
クライアントのインストール自体も５分のかかりませんでしたね。なんて速いんだろう・・・。
インストールし終わったあと、さっそく立ち上げてみました。
最初はイントロダクションから始まります。ＥＶＥ世界の歴史ですね。ムービー自体はそんなに綺麗とも思えず普通な印象でした。
今日は、イントロムービーを見て満足したので、プレイは起きてからしようと思います。
